Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Each item is handmade to order and created specifically for your babies, due to this I am not able to make refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final.

I am human and mistakes do happen, so please contact us if you have an issue with your order, and I will try my best to correct it! 

Q: How big are your bows?

A: Bows are approximately 5 inches wide 

Q: How can I get my baby featured on your page?

Photos must been in a Bella Rain item and have a clear background.
