Turn around time: 

Ready to Ship Orders: Ships within 1-5 business days.

Made to order: Ships separately from ready to ship items, with a turn around time of up to 45 business days.

Business days is NOT including weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Bella Rain Boutique, we want every piece to be as unique as your little one. Since our items are made to order with that extra dash of love, we're currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Feel free to ask any questions before placing your order.! 💖

Shipping Policy: Lost/Damaged Packages

Prior to completing your purchase, we kindly ask that you review all shipping information to ensure accuracy.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us, please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. 

If your package gets lost during transit, we will take immediate action to track its whereabouts. Our dedicated team will work closely with our shipping partners to investigate the matter thoroughly. Each package has insurance in the event that your package is damaged or lost. USPS will be contacted to file this claim. Refund will be processed after usps claim funds are received.

Order issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged within 7 business days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We am human and mistakes do happen, so please contact us if you have an issue with your order, and I will try my best to correct it!

Invoice Policy:

Please make sure all items on your invoice are correct before submitting you payment. Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours so we can start working on your order. If there are any unpaid invoices on your account, no new invoices will be created until the outstanding balance is cleared.
